LetPot Giveaway - Official Rules

Eligibility:

Letpot Hydroponics Growing Garden Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to residents of the European Union (EU) and the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Giveaway Period:
2. The Giveaway will run from April 18th, 2024, at 12:00 AM (UTC) to April 28th, 2024, at 11:59 PM (UTC) ("Giveaway Period").

 

How to Enter:

3. There are two methods of entry:
a. Website Entry: Participants can enter the Giveaway by visiting letpot's official website (www.letpot.com) during the Giveaway Period and submitting their email address and name.
b. Instagram Entry: Participants can enter the Giveaway by following letpot's official Instagram account (@letpotgarden), commenting on the designated giveaway post, and tagging a friend in the comments.

 

Multiple Entries:

4. Participants may enter the Giveaway through both the website and Instagram, thereby increasing their chances of winning.

 

Prizes:

5. A total of 2 winners will be selected to receive LetPot Senior Hydroponics growing garden each.

 

Winner Selection:

6. One winner will be randomly selected from the website entries, and 1 winner will be randomly selected from the Instagram entries. Winners will be selected within a week after the Giveaway Period concludes.

 

Winner Notification:

7. Winners will be notified via email (for website entries) or Instagram direct message (for Instagram entries). Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize.

 

Shipping:

8. Winners will be required to provide their shipping address for prize delivery. letpot will ship the Mini Hydroponics growing garden units directly to the provided addresses.

 

Prize Conditions:

9. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.

 

Publicity:

10. By participating in the Giveaway, winners grant letpot the right to use their names, likenesses, and comments for promotional and marketing purposes.

 

General Conditions:

11. letpot reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.

letpot reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
