What are EC meter monitoring?
LetPot EC meter are monitoring two main value:
Nutrient Concentration: EC meters measure measures the concentration of soluble salts (like sodium, magnesium, and calcium ions), pH levels, essential nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium), trace elements (such as iron and zinc), organic matter, and moisture in soil or nutrient solutions. This helps farmers and gardeners monitor plant health, adjust nutrient levels, and maintain optimal growing conditions, reducing the risk of nutrient deficiencies or over-fertilization that can impact the environment.
Temperature: LetPot EC Meter can monitor the water temperature, which affects nutrient solubility and plant absorption.

How Can I know the perfect EC Levels for differernt plants
You don’t need to guess the ideal EC levels for each plant. Simply select the plant type in the app, and the device will automatically alert you to when the EC level is higer or lower than the perfect ec range
Do I Need to Clean the Probes?
There is no need to clean the probes unless you plan to perform a calibration
Should I choose the pump version?
If you’re using a LetPot hydroponic system, there’s no need to purchase the pump version, as it already includes a pump for oxygenation and water circulation.
However, if you’re using a DIY hydroponic setup or a system from another brand without a built-in pump, you may want to choose our pump version.
What If I Use Universal Nutrient Proportions?
Using universal nutrient proportions will keep your plants healthy, but they may not reach their optimal growth and appearance. Specific nutrient ratios tailored to each plant type provide the best results.

How to connect LetPot EC Meter with your Hydroponic Device
Step 1
Connect the USB cable and Type-C power cable to the EC meter. The device will power on automatically.

Insert the probe into one of the pods in your hydroponic system. Then, press and hold the "EC" button for 3 seconds to activate the device. The meter will begin collecting data as soon as it is powered on.
Adding Oxygen Pump (optional)
If you have the pump version, connect the pump cable during Step 1. For easier cable organization, you can use the same pod where the probe is placed and carefully thread the pump cable through the pod.
