Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. But if you're not satisfied with your LetPot purchase for any reason you may return your items for a refund within 30 days – no questions asked.
Simply Contact us to arrange for a merchandise return or for questions related to our quality guarantee. In order to ensure a seamless return process, we ask that you not send any products back without contacting us first. C.O.D. shipments will be refused.
Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Due to continuing improvements, the actual product may differ slightly from the product described herein.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights that vary from state to state.. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
