Warranty Policy
We take responsibility for all LetPot products and users! For all LetPot products, the warranty is valid for one year from the original purchase date. If your product experiences any issues, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll help you resolve the problem or send a replacement. Please note that the warranty policy applies only to the original purchaser/user. If you received LetPot as a gift, don’t worry! Just ask the buyer to provide you with the purchase receipt, and we’ll be ready to assist you.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
Take a screenshot of your order page or send your order number. Submit your order information along with the issue you’re facing via the feedback section in the app, or email us at service@letpot.com. Providing photos or short videos will help us resolve the issue faster! We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your information.
Sometimes you might just be unsure how to use the product? Don’t worry! LetPot’s professional engineering customer service team is always ready to provide solutions. You just need to focus on harvesting and enjoying the greenery.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
Human damage; Normal wear and tear; Failure to follow the included operating instructions; Products with removed or damaged serial numbers; Damage caused by negligence, accidents, improper use, maintenance, or storage; Products damaged due to circumstances beyond LetPot’s control; Lost or damaged removable parts; Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than us or our designated personnel (including but not limited to modifications using unauthorized parts or accessories)
This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential losses.
LetPot products enjoy global warranty service. If you purchased the product from a LetPot dealer or offline store, you can still consult us for any usage or technical questions. However, we cannot offer refunds for orders not placed through official channels; you may seek support from your seller.
Returning Products:
If you have any questions or concerns about LetPot, please don't hesitate to contact us. Do not return any products without obtaining a return authorization from us first. Unauthorized returns and cash-on-delivery shipments will be refused. For more information on returns, please refer to our refund policy.

As we continually improve and optimize our products, the actual products may differ slightly from the descriptions. This could be due to our efforts to bring you better products before we update our descriptions.
