LetPot offers delivery services in numerous countries across Europe and America. As our product collections differ in weight, the shipping costs for standard and expedited options may vary. For more information, kindly consult the shipping table provided in our policy section.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed for shipment within 2-3 business days, based on in-stock availability. Transit times listed on our website are in addition to this order processing time.

Shipping Location:
LetPot Ships to most countries in Europe and America, however, there are still some areas that we can NOT deliver.

• Remote areas and countries that our product cannot reach.
• P.O. Box deliveries will not be accepted at this time. If you enter a P.O. Box into the shipping address, there is highly likely your order will be returned as undeliverable.
• APO/FPO/AE address - We can no longer accept orders shipping to Military addresses, like Puerto Rico or Guam.
• Free shipping is offered for orders over $29. However, due to force majeure events or destinations affected by war or sanctions, additional shipping fees may apply. LetPot reserves the right of final interpretation in coordination with our logistics partners.

Delivery Time:

LetPot has product stocks available in various locations including the US, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, and mainland China. The delivery time for your order will depend on your specific location and the shipping method you select.

Cancellation & Order Changes:
Once an order is submitted to our fulfillment center, we cannot cancel or make adjustments to it. Please be sure to review the shipping address before submitting your order. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment center, you will be subject to the terms of our Return Policy.

Orders can Not be canceled once they are submitted to our fulfillment center.

• The product must be unused, with all original tags intact, and returned in its original packaging and original condition as received.
• For returns not related to product quality issues, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Products purchased through authorized distributors, retail partners, or third-party websites are subject to their respective return and refund policies. We are unable to process refund requests for purchases made outside of the official LetPot website.
