Orders are processed for shipment within 2-3 business days, based on in-stock availability. Transit times listed on our website are in addition to this order processing time.

LetPot Ships to most countries in Europe and America, however, there are still some areas that we can NOT deliver.
- Remote areas and countries that our product cannot reach.
- P.O. Box deliveries will not be accepted at this time. If you enter a P.O. Box into the shipping address, there is highly likely your order will be returned as undeliverable.
- APO/FPO/AE address - We can no longer accept orders shipping to Military addresses, like Puerto Rico or Guam.

All LetPot products have a 30-day worry-free return policy and 1 year warranty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
